Ive Just Start recently having this problem of loading RV. Sometimes it loads then other times it does. Like now i tried 20 times to logg in my char who i logged out in RV but it didnt work.

I've heard of this happening in other zones. Load in on a different character and send a /petition. A GM will fix the error, and you'll be able to log in again.
