BS/DA set advice
The easiest and cheapest way to solve your endurance woes is to frankenslot your attacks. The thirties are also when I usually do that, so you're right on schedule. Just look for cheap multi-aspect IOs, and try to get most of them with some endurance reduction in them. It makes a HUGE difference. Much more difference than, say, slotting for max endurance or endurance recovery bonuses. Your other big hitter for endurance reduction is to slot a Theft of Essence proc in Dark Regeneration, but I don't know how much those cost. Still, you'll keep that one forever, so it isn't a throw away purchase.

I asked about BS/DA and got quite a few responses. Here is some great information from Desmodos:
... Both Broadsword and Dark Armor are infamous for their endurance costs. Combining the two can be a challenge. Properly IO'd these concerns can be dramatically minimized but that's difficult to achieve quickly as a new player. If you can acquire IOs you'll want to focus on getting these three, ranked in order of importance: Theft of the Essense: +end PROC (place in Dark Regeneration), Miracle: +recovery(place in Health), Numina's:+recover/+regeneration(place in Health).

Here is a link to the thread where I asked about BS/DA:

Hope that helps. If you dont have inf, do what I do, join Task Forces, save your merits then pick one up from a vendor!

I think most of the main points are covered here between response in both threads. I will add this tid bit of advice for players wanting to run CoF on a BS/DA build. Slot 3 Dampened Spirits and 3 Cloud Senses. Any three of each will do but I focus on Cloud Senses IOs that have accuracy and Dampend Spirit IOs that have endurance reduction. This will simultaneously increase CoF accuracy, reduce it's endurance cost, increase your over all Max endurance for greated endurance management, and increase the ToHit Debuff applied by CoF.
Thanks for the advice all, this was just the sort of thing I was looking for.

Let me start by saying I'm not really a melee guy. Lots of controllers and defenders and the occasional blaster, but have never been able to stick with a scrapper long until now.
My BS/DA scrapper has hit 32, and I'm looking for some advice concerning endurance management. I've got lvl 30 IO's endred in each attack and all the toggles, and 2 in Dark Regen if I remember correctly. I don't normally run with Death Shroud on unless I've got a competent tank on the team, as I find Cloak of Fear to be awesome mitigation. I'm still having end issues though. Not terrible, and managing it has become a little game unto itself, but thought maybe the scrapper gods could help make it a little less of an uphill battle.
I know there are sets that give recovery bonuses and such, but I'm cheap, both in life and the game apparently, and I hate crafting stuff that will be replaced later. Are there any sets I could slot now, that I would keep through lvl 50 to help with endurance management? Guess I'm looking at any of the level 10-30 sets, that might be applicable even at the higher levels.
So, anything like that out there? Appreciate any advice ya'll can give.
