Expedient Reinforcement working?

Hey all

A few months ago I heard that the acc and dam from this set was not working correctly.
I found an old post on it not working, but couldn't find anything on it being corrected.

Are the pets getting the acc and dam from the enh now or are they still not working?
Just wanted to make sure before i slotted them in my pets.

The recharge intensive pet enhancments were fixed in i14 with the changes to pet recharge inheritance.
