Your sig is one of the most idiotic statments ever. People are not upset about the PvP changes cause they made PvP more "Challenging" it's cause it took away several aspects that Vet PvPers were into. Mainly the Pace, and Multiple Strategies being viable...now it's a damage spam until the other person is TS to death...literally.
As far as your build, without perception you'll be hard pressed to see a lot of players, and any good build or anything with +ToHit or -Def and your PFF is gonna be useless...trying to aidself with a toggle on you? GL with that. You'll probably get wrecked more than you wreck with that build. PFF and Aidself shine with PB only imo.
