Is there an up-to-date hero builder?

The most up to date planner is Mids, which you can find over at http://www.cohplanner.com/
That said, the current stable release is only through i13. The developer is working on an update which is *almost* finished. There's a couple nasty bugs that need to be stamped out first though.
There might be some unofficial data files for mids that'll bring it back up to date, but I dunno where you'd find them
Um. . .mids has ice as a secondary on defenders. . .it is the most up-to-date builder out there to the best of my knowledge, especially if you add in the PvP IOs yourself. . .
Cool thanks. Of course they will need to update again for I16 
I was looking for some hero builder tools, but I have only found some out of date versions. I made a storms / ice defender and none of the hero builders I found have ice as a secondary available for defenders.
