Both are good - you can probably make arguments for either. I built my Sonic/Elec without Stamina, which is a little harder with /En. Power Sink is a really good power (nuke, CaB, PS, back in action).

Both are solid combos. Personally, I'd go with Sonic/Electric just because they're less common.
