Any idea why...
They're located physically in different places, so different tubes exist between your computer and the West Coast servers than your computer and the East Coast servers. The tubes between the East Coast and you are doing something funky, and the tubes between the West Coast and you aren't.
The internet is a series of tubes, you see. And if you don't understand, those tubes can be filled and if they are filled, when you put your message in, it gets in line and it's going to be delayed by anyone that puts into that tube enormous amounts of material, enormous amounts of material.*

...my netgraph would differ markedly between different servers?
When I toggle on my netgraph on East Coast Servers (namely Infinity and Triumph) I get a lot of red spikes and large red bars when I zone. However, on the same computer (same everything else too), I get NO red spikes/bars at all when I log in to West Coast Servers (specifically Guardian). I have asked others on Infinity if they are seeing similar, and they usually are not, the other computer with whom I share the connection (via a router) has the same issues. This occurs regardless of if the other computer is on or not, whether it is logged in to CoH or not.
