This build soft caps defense and is cheap relatively speaking. And that was what I was going for. Yes there is HUGE amounts of room for improvement. But for the money...I like it.

Sorry all...was talking to someone over in i16 beta about this build, told him I would post it. Critique away. And yes I know Procs nerf Chain Induction...but I needed the set to soft cap vs Range.
