Due to the recent nerfs to elusivity, I would not suggest playing SR, or any defense-based set to begin with for PvP.
Anyone with a decent amount of +Accuracy in the build should easily be able to kill you, and most people who know how to build their toons well are running Leadership, meaning they have enough ToHit to get passed your defenses. Not to mention, Blasters, or anything with Aim, should easily have enough ToHit to get past the defense.
Also, DM does relatively low damage, and you will be somewhat dependent on your melee heal. And with any melee toon, a good player who's on a ranged PvP toon should be able to beat you on a DM/SR even if you have Webnade to keep them grounded.
Before I conclude, keep in mind that the build would be somewhat viable for PvP, but will be beaten by players running good builds most of the time.
Anyways, if you go through with it, although I'm sure others along with me would advise against it, good luck.

i just made it right now and its lvl3 but im deleting it now...
cant rely on any statistic etc. becuase they nerf everything...
anyways ty... i guess i really should focus on getting my sets on my BS/Regen...

idk why but i thought that a DM/SR would be really fun mostly cuz of the SR
If you're gonna roll a scrapper for PvP, I would suggest Fire/Regen over BS/Regen simply because Fire does more damage now. Although, whatever you like best, or fits your playstyle most appropriately.

I still run my old Spines/SR on Freedom. I would not wish that upon anyone. Its painful.
i was thinking and i have a really good DM stalker and i said HEY why not make a DM Scrapper. Then i said hey why not go with SR cuz of its high defence and add that with the -ToHit of DM and then almost every attack will miss.
Only problem is though, i wont have any Res besides Tough...
u guys think i should go for it?...
and this toon is for PvP uses only.
before i go through with it and spend time lvling it to 50, id like a second opinion on this... TY
