absolutely suck at making builds, wouldnt know the 1st thing with enhancements and what to slot! would probably use both builds, one for PvE, the other for PvP
I agree i have no luck when making builds id love to see a good NIN/NIN build even if its a cookie cutter. Hope we get one posted soon.
One off-the-cuff, PvE Nin/Nin build.
You can get by with only two recharge in Kuji-Rin, but
that leaves you vulnerable to slows.
Still plenty of slots left to play with.

This is of course built to my personal preferences, things like the 2 accuracy in attacks or the endredux in toggles aren't hard and fast rules. But I hate missing and I hate running out of endurance, so I slot like that. Likewise with the travel power in early - I just like having it. With the availability of jetpacks villainside you could push that back easily enough.
