Martial Arts is a good set, has a mixture of stuns, immobilized, and hold secondary effects. Does good damage well while not being endurance hungry. Shields has good defense and adds a damage buff and a nice attack in Shield Charge. You definitely won't be disappointed.

I've been trying to find a good toon for myself, it takes a long while to find a toon I can live with. They have to be good and fun. How are the MA/SD scrappers?
