EU-LOGIN server unavailable

Hi !

I've bought the game yesterday and I've installed it by downloading the client.

After installing and patching, I've launched the game. But unfortanately, the game freezes on the very first "loading" screen (before the log one).

I've contacted the support but they had no solutions for me. So I've tried to solve my trouble by myself.

I've tried to "ping" the main game servers. There's the results :

206.127.144.132 => 100% answers
206.127.144.229 => 0% answers

The Last one is the European login server.

Do you know what's the troube is ? Do you kwow how to fix it ?

PS : OS Vista, drivers ans Dx up to date, run as administrator, affinity on UC1 & XP mode.

I'd guess the problem has nothing to do with the IP address you are pinging.

It times out for me and I am logged into the EU server as we speak.

Hopefully this won't sound patronising - but if you are running the EU version of the game the shortcut should point to the executable: CohUpdater.EU.exe
