Build for +HP, +Dam, + Acc and +Recharge, perma-dom is not feasible in a zone, my fire/psy with 225% recharge doesnt fully have perma dom. Procs help alot in the attacks, most dom slotting is a matter of personal preference.

Lack of building for perma in pvp zones or arena has nothing to do with the characters domination bar and everything to do with diminishing returns. Gear toward +hp,+dam,+acc and enough +rech to keep your chain on a solid cycle.
You can still build domination in zones fairly easily. Why else are the NPC's there??**wink**
Can anyone give an example of a Mind/ build. I'm having real trouble knowing how to slot certain powers...
