When is the test server going to be back on line?
The test server is going to be closed for general usage due to the issue 16 closed beta. It'll probably be closed for the next couple weeks.
Replace "for the next couple weeks" with "until i16 goes Live", which will probably be at least a month from now, if not two or three. With the lack of support for i15's Open Beta, I wouldn't be surprised if there are no more such things....
In previous Closed Betas you were able to access the character creator, but were otherwise unable to log in. Since all i16 is is basically a complete revamp of the creator, they decided to lock even that out for non-Beta folks. Thus why you get disconnected from the database server when you click on Test 01.

Only players who are in the closed beta will be able to log into any part of the training room, including the character creator. - BaBs
Unless you are authorized (ie: Have a Beta Invite) you should not be able to get to server selection or character creation. - Castle
YMMV, but I take this as being "You are no longer allowed to see the creator if you're not a Beta tester." Sure, the Queue Server fix might be part of the reason we can't get on the server anymore, but it obviously wasn't a big deal until i16. It wasn't working properly on Test, now it is. At the end of the day, Bleeding can't get on Test because his account is not marked as being a Beta tester. My last post took the scenic route to get to that point.... lol
They'll do an open beta. Open beta is basically a server stress test. You can't test how a real server will react with a small closed beta pool of players.

I have been trying to get on the test server several times now and it keeps saying disconected from db server, so i was woundering when finally is the test server going to be back online.
