Where can I find a list of coh server IPs?

You can't, game servers aren't directly accessible, all access goes through a central gateway to each server farm.
You can find those IP addresses here (gleaned from NCSoft's network testing tool).

Search and searched and cannot find it. I really just need liberty and freedoms server Ip so I can perform a Trace. Trying to find out why I'm getting so many red bars. Its been happening since December and its been intolerable the last few days as its getting worse...
I could not play during double xp without being disconnected and liberty isn't a crowded server...
