Animation Question
I've seen the spines, ss, and ma animation changes what I am curious about is dark armor changes...more specifically cloak of darkness. How much is going to change is it just a simple color or is cod actually going to be allowed for us to actually see our characters?

I don't think cod really causes fuzz...rather it actually overides the nature of the characters body much like granite armor does for stone tanks. Being able to tone that down will probably just leave you less cloudy but none more visable.
I think you can alter the transparency a little, although i only heard it in passing. with some/all the new colors you can pick a normal high or low "saturation"...i think is the word that was used. So if you picked a low saturation it would have the effect of picking black on one of the current auras, very dim hardly visible. However i don't remember where i read that and what context it was in so consider it 50% plausible.

well after playing around with cloak of darkness power effects on test I have found that all the power really does is turn you into a gas cloud erasing the entire body. Now with power customization all you can really do is pick two colors you would like that gas cloud to be. Its a bit disappointing I was hoping to have an option to negate the visual effect of cod all together but it looks like not this time around.
I am going back to my original idea that cod is a power that works similar to granite armor, distorts the total character and isn't just a heavy cloud effect. Granite is different due to being a NPC used but Cloak is similar due to the fact that it would take the ability to negate the aura it causes to get rid of the effect.
I'm not surprised, but I AM sad. I was hoping to be able to see my Katana/Dark for once.

I'm sad too, the only thing that causes me a major framerate drop in my computer (except for rikti invasions and stuff that lag everyone) is when I fly/hover with Cloak of Darkness on.
Well, here's what I have planned at the moment. My spreadsheet gives it the best survivability score I've seen on a scrapper (2345 to 4720 for 1 to 3 targets). That's cool and I'm excited about it, but it's a build in search of a reason to exist beyond just being cool. Survivability and probably sustainable endurance to solo AVs, but with only 150 DPS, it'll be slow and annoying. Some AoE, but it's no farmer. Can't hold aggro, so can't take advantage of the survivability by being an off tank. No resistance to defense debuffs, so it isn't an ITF or AE monster. Still, I might make it just because I can. Nothing wrong with just having some fun with a build.
I'll definitely need to look into Physical Perfection, as I16 is likely to hit before I get to 50. Hoping to get the Wernerscore over 5000.

interesting build...similiar to what I did with mine in many aspects. Finding I just need like 3 more ehancment slots for me to be able to do what I want to do.
