I can certainly sympathize with this. It would make for a good QoL feature.

It certainly would make me a happier mastermind when teaming.
I'm not sure if this is a problem for anyone else, but when I'm on my mastermind and I get on a team I always tend to lose track of my pets amidst all my teammates (and God forbid their own pets). So how would you feel if they changed the pet name color to something else. Don't really know what, just not green.
