1. It's ok now. Not great, just ok.
2. Willpower.
3. Build for +dam and +rech, with a WP Stalker you should be just about at the HP cap without accolades or too many IO bonuses.
4. Elec.
5. I like my Rad/Psi and my Emp/Dark heroside and my Rad/Therm villainside.

I don't disagree with you much, mac, but I gotta disagree here. I'd say Energy Melee is the best primary for Stalkers. It has 3 huge hitters: AS, Total Focus, and Energy Transfer. I think it's better than Elec/ for sure. But Elec/ is the 2nd best.
Other than that, I completely agree with Mac on the rest. A lot of Stalkers like /Regen, but often times I see /WP outperform it.
Only reason I say Elec is better than EM is because Elec is the only Stalker primary that can still two-shot a squishy (BU + AS + crit TS). Energy Transfer doesn't crit at all and Total Focus' crit is only partial, but Thunder Strike's crit is a full crit for both damage types (so you get four packets of damage instead of three on a crit). Only issue with TS is that it's classified as an AoE so it's never a guaranteed crit.

Ah, well that's true. I guess I don't think too much about it because I'm generally on my Scrapper and while even an EM/ won't kill him, I'd much rather fight an Elec Melee than an Energy Melee Stalker. He can survive BU + AS + Placate + TS, and once an Elec/ Stalker has burned through that chain, he doesn't have anything left as a big hitter.
So that is true about killing squishies. But still, both are far and away the best primaries.
I have been wanting to make a PvP toon for a while now and i have been trying many AT's but i have to the conclusion that i like Stalkers the best. So i tried most of the Primary Stalker powers and i like Energy Melee the most for the single target damage but, i dont know what secondary to choose. I've heard that Ninjitsu is really good for PvP but, i like the Regeneration secondary because it doesnt have so many toggles and less toggles=less endurance drain but i dont know how it stands up in PvP.
So i have some questions...
1) Is Energy Melee a good PvP primary?
2) What secondary should i choose?
3) What Set IO's should i buy and put in my powers
4) If Energy Melee isn't a good PvP primary...what is?
5) What are some of your favorite builds for PvP...(any AT hero or vill side)
