Slotting Health

I have Health (and Stamina, too) in one of my toons; with three slots. They're currently filled with common Heal IOs. This take me up to the ED cap, but I'm wondering if I could improve on that. Specifically, would slotting a Miracle +Recovery in Health instead of one of the common Heal IOs make sense? I'd be just shy of the ED cap for Health then, I think, but my toon could use more endurance.

Any other general advice on slotting Health up, or Stamina too, would be appreciated.

Me personally,if it's a toon I play alot I always slot a Miracle +recov and a Numina +recov/+regen in health.This is totally doable with merits these days.
And I always slot stamina with 4 Performance Shifters,making sure to include the chance for +end

But that's just me ..........it also may make a difference what type of toon we are talking about.

I have three slots in Health and three slots in Stamina. I could respec and move a fourth slot to Stamina, if that'd help; does the Performance Shifter Chance for +Endurance item work continuously if it's slotted in a passive? Would it be worth substituting by itself for a common End Mod IO?

Back to Health for a moment; would the Numina's Heal and +Recover/+Regen go well with a Miracle +Recovery?

The Performance would have a 20%(?)chance to go off every 10 sec so it so good to put it in Stamina.

Now for Numina and Miracle it would be fine to put both in. But the Numina if slotted with other Heal IO will improve the +Regen of it. So with 2 slots I would put the Numina and a Heal IO

On my main, I have the Numina Unique, Numina Heal, Miracle Unique, Miracle Heal (Level 40 since that is all the higher the set goes), and the Regenerative Tissue +Regen IO. Does wonderful things for my regen and Recovery. But it would not be as useful on squishies. Tanks have so many more HPs, the regen bonuses help a lot. The lower numbers that blasters, defenders, etc. have means it is using a lot of slots for not as much payoff. 2 or 3 slots, maybe, more than that and I think they get into diminshing returns. Scrappers and Brutes may find 4 or 5 slots useful, depending on their powersets.
