MA Suggestion-Better placement on outdoor maps

Okay, I know that I'm probably not the only person who gets annoyed when they want a certain thing to spawn in a certain place on outdoor maps. I know that the placement of objects is room-based and that outdoor maps are just one big room, but can't it be tweaked for outdoor maps?
I mean it's a bit annoying when you want your villain standing under Atlas Globe basking in his victory and it turns out he's about half way down the road.
