your best bet is going to be slot for damage, not debuffs. Dark Miasma will put enemies easily at the to-hit floor, so it's really a waste to not slot damage.

Why /duel is a bad idea
Hey guys, I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a good D4 IO guide, I cant seem to find a guide pertaining to this build with IOs. Also, is it better to slot with the damage sets or the cheapers status and tohit sits? Both seem to provide nice bonuses.
