What aspects of travelling are causing you to be frustrated? Just grab a travel power at lvl 14 and jump from every Yellow Line to Green Line.
Of course, there's the PD teleport power which is regarding to your original post, but it has a 30 minute recharge with a long durating 15 seconds cast time! In addition, it can only allow you to access Kings Row, Faultline, Talos Island, Founders' Falls (blue side) Port Oakes, Sharkhead Isle and St. Martial (red side).
Use the Ouroboros Portal; a five minute recharge, you don't have to wait 15 seconds when using it, paying RL money for it isn't required and you can acess more zones!

If you're still waiting to reach lvl 14/lvl 25, may I recommend you join an SG with an adequate base which contain teleporters? 
On the other hand, the Pocket D transporter does take you straight to a Tailor. For those of us who simply can't wait for the new seasons look

Hey, Just reactivated after a stint away from paragon and noticed that a few heroes have the abilty to transport to pocket d from anywhere, can you tell me how i'm able to get this abilty?
