Rikti in Lost missions

Ive been doing lvl 25-29 missions in villainside which include Lost like Lt. Demitrovich's in Nerva. But most of the missions Lost are replaced by Riktis, acting like Lost, doing Lost emotes. Anyone else noticed these?

If they con over level 29 (could be 28) they'll be Rikti rather than Lost.

I could tell you why but ***Omega Clearence Needed***

Confused me a few weeks ago when I was doing the Midnights arc in my mid 20s and the opposite happened, loads of Lost hanging around a Rikti base until I remembered ***Omega Clearence Needed***

Explanation of why here. Obviously contains some spoilers

Knew that Omega thingie. It's just weird and don't make sense. Well much in this game makes no sense :P
