Just to say that the 3rd Respec starts in PI, outside the portal corp.
He's outside the front of the middle building.
It's now Issue 21 and I am back!

Ah... used to be RCS so I assumed it still was.
However I will have to reschedule tonight as it appears I am learning to drive a tractor... 
Which is good as I am driving one on Saturday and haven't driven one in ten years or more. 
So provisionally 3rd respec tomorrow (Thursday) at the same time.
Any of the respecs would be nice.
Would like to try 1st on my new trio, though they are still a little low. Or third with several others.
