Black square visible when targeting an enemy

hi

I was wondering if anyone can help me, I've recently had my pc repaired and had a new graphics card installed (Geforce 8800 gts512ap) which supports high settings

I've noticed that when I click or put my cursor over or on an enemy it shows a black square

any ideas how I can resolve this?

It's always worth checking your drivers are up to date "Here" .

If this is not the problem, I seem to remember that disabling shadows with Geoforce cards was also a recommended solution for some problems at one stage.
