You could add 'Sals Badgehunter' and 'Union Taskforce' to your chat channel. There are regular events organised there for villains although not as much as for heroes.
Otherwise, or in addition to that, you could join a nice active SG. But you need to ask someone which one is a active one.

I was reading through your site earlier. Out of interest, how much play time would you estimate is involved to meet the Prestige requirements of you SG?

It can be easily met in my opinion, to be safe I would say 2 sf/s a month would do it easily or in the context of teaming our villain mm/domi team plays once a week for approx 2.5 hrs and gets around 60-80K prestige a month.
We did not set it to rack up insane amounts of xp (contrary to popular belief) we do it to ensure that we have active toons in the sg - can set this by the inactive online limit as well but then anyone can log their toon on and off and it will get round that.
The amount is there so that people can play out of sg mode if they need to but ensures that we can see people are playing their toons if that makes sense.

That is a quite well organised SG.
I am in an inactive SG; and now almost a solo SG. I don't particular feel like leaving the SG I join since day one. So would you care to form a coalition with mine?
(coincidentally, my SG also uses the big hand as the SG logo.

I am part of a very small SG called Blackhail, we have six globals currently, all active, three super-active - not including me I'm sorry to say 
- if you're looking for a casual atmosphere with no requirements whatsoever to join - our ranking system is pretty much a joke - then I would recommend us. We have no meeting times at all, but I know the guys are always trying to get me to take part in an SF at least once a week, so you'll definitely be alright in that department. Our two most active members have an incurable case of altitis, they have characters at every level imaginable so you'll have no trouble teaming with them. Three of us are actually quite avid roleplayers if you're into that sort of thing, but we don't roleplay that much in game.
