Nearly all of the Striking Scorpions have a sword; most carry two swords (one wielded in each hand), or some usually have a blade and a gun (one wielded in each hand).
Striking Scorpions are well known for wearing heavy armoured attire. None of the secondaries are related to this, so I personally would select the secondary that I'm most interested with, and leave the heavy armour with the costumes.
If, by any chance, you're un-aware of what secondary to select, then /Willpower is reccomended. It provides good resistance, moderate amounts of defence, good regeneration, and a self heal. Yep, that's right! Stalkers have Reconstruction rather than Quick Recovery.
From personal experience: Willpower peforms at a high standard at all lvl's. Some would classify it as a "toggle on and go crazy" set.

ok so i am just rolling my first stalker not sure what power pools to pick, i am hoping to base him off a striking scorpion for warhammer 40K, anyone got any idea what power pools would work or even a good solid build
