Help with fire/storm build
why stamina so late? My corrupter isn't very high at the minute but they seem to have alot of end drain going on. I'm worried that your endurence won't be good enough for quite a long time whilst leveling it, but not having a high enough corrupter to say i cannot be sure.
Also the travel power being so late isn't the best of ideas, I doubt you could rely on tempory powers to travel you there, unless you have paid for flight.
Unless you have the paid for flight, having SS only is a bad idea, espiecally for grandville.
Finally most powers do seem to be slotted well, however there are others that i believe you've over slotted just for set bonuses. And because you've done this you don't have enough slots in other more important powers.

Yeap, i'll take that in mind, but at the same time i'm not too creative with mids and my builds, could i get some help with a build in mids? Sorry to be a bother, and i'm only really concearned with getting the right moves and the right slots, even if i have to take the good moves later on i'm sure i won't have too much of a problem struggling through the levels.
Let me work something out for you. I'll post a build that i would do for it, but would also be good to get other opinions so hopefully some other people could post idea builds.
I'll do a basic IO build first, (as i'm sure you don't have 800 mill+ to spend as soon as you ding 50) and then can work out sets and add them from there

4 of the same IOs is a no, end slotting combat jump is a ??? The difference between 3 IOs and 3 SOs is often negligible and in the top build 3 rechg in hurricane, just no, its mostly for -tohit, repel and -range so slot tohit debuffs.
I would read what each end red does in every toggle to know where the best end reds are to go but sometimes you have to think about how often a power is used and go with that first and foremost so a high end power like lightning storm used every 50 secs could be more of a drainer than constantly used or more frequently used powers.
Storm does plenty -def so accing up attacks needs to be thought about.

The reason the build has been slotted the way it has is because the guy asking for the build wanted sets in it. Yes there are some that ATM are pointless slotted, and the 4 IOs is a waste yes, but that'll be changed to form a set at a later date.
The end and def is combat jumping will be replaced by a LOTG Def and LOTG Recharge.

I'd of left them empty. Jump in CJ maybe at a push but no way save 0,03 end if thats what it is.
Also the difference between 1 IO with 2 SOs and 3 SOs is pretty much a lot of influence alot of the time. It's alright if some were gained in leveling.

People should look at their power chains, how much is depleted in endurance just like looking at attack chains and how much damage they can do to an end bar or in burst followed by best recovery. On somethings you only need so much duration and sometimes with non stackable duration its best to work out how to hold off on a power rather than needlessly use it again.

Being the aggro beast of a storm imo a self heal is needed...and also the end drain of storm so i picked up conserve power and power sink, then if you stick the devastation procs in your 2 quickfire powers (fireblast/flares) is extremly handy
