Problem with Applying Code for Magic Booster Pack

Have you checked that you bought the EU and not the US version? I think a number of people have had this issue.
Yeah, i'm french and i bought the pack in $, i didn't check.
I hope, there is a solution from NCSoft Support because this is not very clear when you buy the pack.

Send support a message, pretty sure they refund you and then you have to buy the EU one seperatly.
I had the exact same problem, as detailed over in the Player Questions forum here. The answer is, yes, we did quite stupidly purchase the US version, which can't be applied to EU accounts (I'm even fairly sure I linked to purchase it via the NCSoft main site, which didn't help).
I also managed to get mine solved at zero cost (It did require a slightly snotty message to support after two days of not hearing anything back, but other than that, it was well handled).

It seems that i have stupidly bought a U.S. code. Although I don't recall bieng given the choice of eu or us codes...I simply clicked on the link from the web page and folllowed the instructions. Perhaps this should be clearer so these problems can be avoided?
Also, it's taken support over 14 days to reply to my request for help and all they did was tell me they were referring my ticket to the us team (i presume to sort out a refund). I sincerely hope that i don't have to wait another 2 weeks for a resolution for what is a relatively simple problem to fix.
It's a good job we have such a good community of players who are swift to respond to problems/queries of fellow gamers (thank you btw)because if we had to rely on the customer service "professionals" that play nc employ we'd all be well and truly up the creek.
In 4 years of gameplay this is the first time i've had to trouble nc support for anything and ,i have to say, their customer services stink.

I agree, becuase it says in big letters for the EU version thats it's for Europe.
But on the US version it doesn't say anything, the only hint is the US sales tax and the fact it's in us dollars.

While the EU version actually states it's for Europe.

(I also find it hilarious that EU version says it has US sales tax on it as well).
So if you do contact support and they're being snarky about it, show them that and hope they fix it in future. Cause that really is their own fault that cause these mistakes to happen.

Got my refund through today and have now bought correct code.
After the initial epic wait they have sorted it fairly quickly..Looks like my ticket was at the bottom of the pile..Anywayz, all is good in Thel world once again (see below )
I bought the magic booster pack thing over a week ago and for some reason I am having difficulties applying the code to my account. Whenever i try i get this message:

I have contacted support about this, but other than the initial auto-reply you get all they've managed to do for the last week is ignore me
Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas?
