Im in the same boat as you mate. Came back after 7-8 months and all the PvP are dead.
Im up for it, and have a few friends that would be to.
Well speaking to a few globals had a fair bit of interest for some low lvl skirmishes in either BB or SC will try to arrange something for sundays maybe, in the afternoons or something or in the evenings so that ppl without toons that can partake in shipraids etc have something they can bring their low toons along to.
Hopefully may get a few ppl into it from the ground up.
Its all very well ppl moanin about ppl moaning etc which is fair nuff after the change to pvp but always goin on about top end pvp seems to me to be pointless, as most ppl who would have tried it, im guessing got put off by it at a lower lvl. As not everyone is gonna have a 40+ toon for regular pvp nights in RV all the time. and it seems to me that most of the complaints seem to be aimed at top end pvp.
Will see if i can drum up a bit more interest first tho, before anything is arranged 
Make this Sirens Call and I'm sure you will get a better response. I love it there, the bounty system is great.
At lvl 30 you have to think about your build, picking and choosing everything carefully.
I would be there in a moment if you get SC going again.

Not often i post on the forums, but i recently came back to the game after a few months without playing and decided to see if the pvp had picked up any since the last time i was on. Nope!
after reading a few other posts etc that people who try pvp tend not to like it cos of the uber builds etc and a bit of ganking griefing from the said uber builds.
So i was just wondering maybe if more zone pvp took place somewhere like Bloody bay it may attract a few more people into the zones. Plus i have so many toons now that i dont often use i thought maybe if ppl had a similiar amount of toons they dont use much it might also be fun to use em for some casual friendly (hopefully) pvp.
I remember when the zones first came into the game and Bloody bay was by far the most popular zone for the first month or so and i gotta say i had some of my best pvp experiences in there.
Then when a few of my toons and other peoples advanced in lvls and powerups, it all moved to sirens and again i had alot of fun pvping there.
It just seems not enough pvp happens in these zones any more i know ppl have said bloody bay is too big and sirens has too many NPCs etc but thats always been the case, but i still remember some awesome pvp in those zones. I think i may be rambling now so what im basically saying is would ppl, pvpers or just ppl who havent dabbled or who have and been turned off by the uber builds would be interested in some sort of regular event for the low lvl pvp as i think it may help get some new blood into pvping. Anyways just an idea.

:O and this is aimed mostly at defiant players as i have no idea what pvp union side is like bar a few trips to RV there with my only 50 on the zone.
