Mission Selection

This isn't constant, but I very often can't pick any of my team-mates missions, even if we're both standing in the same zone that the mission is in.

I have to pass the star, have them choose it, then hand it back.

This did not happen prior to Issue 14 (it is a different bug from the old "Cannot select a mission whilst another is in progress" one - I don't even get feedback on my selection, it just stays yellow).
