what the hell is happening with our base????!?!?!?

it's about 3 days i cant enter my base anymore! a message said map failed to load (or something like that). after a long list of petition and bug reports (without any explicative answers) today i was able to ge into my base and.......SURPRISE!!!!!!! only room i've found was the entry, all the stuff we bought and built inside disappeared, and even the prestige spent wasn't refound!!!!!
what the hell is going on!!!!
pls can i have a non copy and paste answer, and above all a problem fix?

sorry to be repetitive, i just sow th other post. that's amke a lil be happy, i'm not the only 1 with this problem and with the auto generated answers
