Login Name and/or Password are incorrect.

Browse to the game folder and locate the correct EXE, then right click drag it to the desktop and choose "Create shortcut" from the popup menu.
If the EXE is missing, there's a sticky post near the top of this section telling you how to get it.

what ffm said but just to add EU servers down 1-3pm BST for emeergency maintenance 
So I've just finished downloading i14 (My computer was on overnight to do so).
Nevermind, I managed to fix it.
I came back this morning expecting to play however I cannot get in (This may be because the servers are down but I'm not sure).
I've tried time and again but still nothing. Then I relised I may be using the US Client so I went and checked. Sure enough it is "C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe". However when I try to change it to "C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.EU.exe" it says the Target Box is invalid.
Any help is much appreciated.
