Vanguard really slow?

Everytime I am in Vanguard it is REALLY slow, anyone else experienced this?

As in the Vanguard base in RWZ?

Yep, tis laggy in there, my framerate always plummets entering it. Dunno if it's all the NPCs, the action going on outside or what.
