Yes, but they cost money. The V4 Creature Morphs and AddOns include cat tails and ears. However, those are commercial releases from DAZ and cost money, not huge amounts, but if you're just messing about you may not want to spend.
You might try Renderocity and Renderotica (obvious web site names, I won't link them considering some/all of the content). Both have Free Stuff sections which might get you ears and a tail. I think they both require free site membership to download (not sure about Renderosity).

There's going to be a follow-up to this when I've bleached Alraune, however, considering this took nearly no effort, I think it looks kind o cool and it gives Dan some more Libby.
