Self Destruction errors

Encountered a few errors with Self Destruction on live recently.

First was when clicking the power, and it said it was active. Was killed, and the power failed to take effect, but counted as used.

Second time was used when hovering, no animation although the countdown was clearly visible. Killed, and no result, except counting as a power used.

Bugged, I assume?
