No Miracle in Health, Super Speed and SJ should have another slot in each, for +Jump/ End and +Run Spd / End...

It's not needed. I run a lvl 50 ice/MM without numina or miracle. Here I was just aiming for a bit more regen to stack with drain psyche.

Why? I only have the default slot in travel powers on all my toons. Never had different slotting over almost 4 years of play and I have never thought it needed. Maybe if you like to toggle both on in combat... But then again, a smart player wouldn't do that. Also if you hit 2 targets with drain psyche you should have quite insane recovery (around 5 EPS I think).

I got chars that play with SS on XD

I know a few people who play with SS on and I have tried it on my fire/kin but the movement supression is just too extreme.
I think that may change in i14 with the supressed speed raised so I may get back into it.
Still as a blaster I don't think I would bother.

Ive recently returned to the game after a while away and am looking for some help with a blaster. Looking for an epic 50 IO build for psychic blast / mental blaster with high recharge and damage output. There's no limit to the budget. Any help would be great!
