Nitoichi's Photo Album

I've been doing a few random renders over the past couple of weeks which I've grouped together as Nitoichi's Family Album. Annette has never been one for photographs, so there aren't many of them about.

Here's what I've put together so far:

I'm adding pictures as I can think of ideas for paces a camera-shy girl might end up in front of a camera, and so far, I'm stumped for something featuring teen-Annette and her father. If I can't think of anything clever, he'll be consigned to one of those dads who's never in the pictures because he was taking them.

So, anyway, if anyone can come up with any ideas for nice, family/press/school-type pictures that I can add to the album, please suggest away. I can't promise I'll use them all, but I'll try to build the best ones.

Personally i was wondering why you didn't post anything new for a long time.

Nice pictures but my personal favorite is Annette at 13. You catch something in that one... too ordinary, so everyday looking. Really loved that picture. Also she looks really beautiful and fresh on this picture.

Hmm also that beach scene is really better than i thought from snapshot. Patricia is more beautiful than her daughter. Also his brother... better keep my words to myself. Just let me say he is goooood.

Only thing i noticed, smiling doesn't suit Ni much. She is more charming while emotionless, just like some real life people instead of our drawings where all heroes and heroines look like top models.

Great work... keep them coming.

One thing....she has a sort of Inuit/Amerind look to her. Was that intentional or just luck of the draw?

I haven't had anything particularly exciting I wanted to post for a while. I've been doing more fantasy/sci-fi stuff which doesn't really apply here.

I like it too, actually. Interestingly, Annette was quite sure she was a pudgy, ugly teenager. Possibly the comparison to her mother's looks messed her up. The looks in the family definately come from the mother's side.

Yup. She has a horrible smile. I'd noticed that myself. It's funny how this stuff just works out of the mechanics of the facial morphs.

Now I come to look at it, yes, I see what you mean. She's supposed to be Irish/Italian (Italian on her mother's side, though a little removed). To be honest, when making faces, I fiddle with the controls until I have something like what I thought the character should look like. I wanted her to have a longish face, with a longish (Italian) nose, and wide cheeckbones.

Ah i also tought she has a mixed herrigate but my guesses was a Native American blood or south/north mix (like Latin American & English or such).

Oh and don't worry much about Ni's smile, i don't like my photos, especially smiling ones just because of the very same reason. In my eye that makes her more special, you pick an everyday person and made her a hero.

Hmm about that picture ideas... is there some place i can read her history? Actually it doesn't matter much... here is some ideas;

Ni while learning using swords with her mentor.
Ni with her school friends on graduation day.
Ni and her first date.
Ni on prom night, with nice night dress.
I don't know if you can make it with 3D but first newspaper picture of Ni.

Those are the things i think important in a person's life.

I also aspecially like Annette at 13.
Her face is really well put together (that sounds ..odd..., but you know what I mean hehe). You totally nailed that one...(don't take that the dodgy way...that would be ...wrong). Though the shirt isn't quite right around the chest...

The "At the beach" is a lovely one.
Oh and Nathaniel is gorgeous . I'd like to see more piccies of him

The "Hero registration" I seriously want to advize Ni to start wearing bra's haha.

And the photobooth piccies are funny!

All in all... keep up the good work
