Window Screen Sort Of Problem!

My subscription ended yesterday which I found slightly odd as my card hasn't expired, turns out PlayNC just lost my account details and decided not to tell me about it until it was too late.

Any way, got that all sorted but now when I log into the game, it doesn't take up the full screen, it's as if it's a window instead. I can see the blue bar at the tip with minimise etc. and the start bar at the bottom. The screen is maximised as far is it will go so I have no idea what's happening. Nothing has changed as far as I know. I've uninstalled some old, useless programs recently but I was very careful and it was nothing to do with my display.

Any ideas?

Options - Video and Audio - make sure the game hasn't set itself to "your normal resolution" (Windowed) <-- in brackets.
