Mids question: End Mod

I'm struggling to build my elec/elec/elec sapper. I've been trying to use Mids, but I'm not the best with it and I'm struggling to tell how much end I'm sucking from my opponent.

Is it possible to tell that or am I missing something? Advice would be appreciated. Cheers

If you select a power, like short circuit. Then look in the info window it says END -35% (tgt) which means it drains 35% end from the target.
Other powers have two End values. a postive tagged self and the negative tagged tgt. the self bit is how much you can recover back from your target, the other how much your target will lose.

Hope that helps

edit: i'm also pretty certain that end drain mod is a fixed amount, not percentage.
Cause it doesn't drain 35% from an AV's end bar, it just drains 35 end. I could be wrong tho, just how it looks to me.

Another thing to note is that Endurance Sapping counts as a mez as far as the "diminishing strengths with foe level" thing is concerned. In other words, you'll sap less of a +1's endurance bar than a +0's - about 90%.

Code:[/color]

Relative level modifiers
level below above
0 1.00 1.00
1 1.11 0.90
2 1.22 0.80
3 1.33 0.65
4 1.44 0.48
5 1.55 0.30
6 1.66 0.15
7 1.77 0.08
8 1.88 0.05
9 2.00 0.04
10 2.10 0.03

Correct.

The % is a lie.

I really should do something about this signature.

would that explain why AVs & GMs aren't much affected by it?

Given that most PCs have 100 end as stock and I'm guessing the NPCs do too... so if you sap 35 it's a percentage. But if an AV/GM has more you're still sapping less...

Well yes. 35 out of 100 is 35%.
but if they player have some +end from accolades or set bonuses. it still only drains 35.
say a player has 110 end total. you'll drain 35 of that (32%) you do not drain 35% (38.5 end)

They have much higher base endurance (around 600 I think).

Which in turn greatly increases their recovery so even if you do sap them they recover it a lot faster. Several also seem to have end drain resist. Somewhat surprisingly I tend to find it easier to sap GMs than AVs - keeping them at 0 end is another matter though.
