Slow Download.

Downloading the game is very very slow.. restarted the updater many times to try and get a better port. I never get more than 10k/sec so on average its going to take my about 80 hours to complete this.
Restarted my router, opened up ports, sorted out my firewalls etc. IS there anyway to make this faster at all?? its half 10 at night and its still slow?

And no i havent got a slow broadband

Are you downloading the whole client via the updater or just patching up the game from the updater?

Also another thing to think about is sometimes its worthwhile restarting your router as well (i have had to do this myself personally a few times).

Once you have done that, then try downloading it via the launcher (and believe it or not, post 11pm is normally when the ISP's stop limiting traffic speed via strange ports)

Well i downloaded mids hero desginer and camped in for the night, around about 2am it kicked in and went up too about 200k a sec, much better fully downloaded and ready to play!
