Unknown badge not getting a bar

I've recently started playing CoV and during my first bank heist (mayhem mission) i noticed an Unknown badge that says "Destroy 25 Mailboxes, 25 Newstands, 25 Pay Phones and 25 Fire Hydrants to obtain this badge." Only thing is, i've so far managed to destroy 4 of everything it lists, and there's no progress bar at all. Just wondering if it's a known issue, or if it's broken? Will it award when i've smashed enough?

it rewards it been like that for ages, i don't think these defeat progress bar can handel the different kills, and for set off fire badge you need to be the last person hitting the last barrel for the count, just incase your woundering why your not getting that one
