Go to the tailor.
Select the costume you want to change.
Make all the changes you want to make.
Click the button that says something like "Use Free Tailor Token"
Click Proceed.
You should avoid the inf cost and lose one of your tailor tokens. Any other outcome is a bug.

Thats what i did to an extent, I had loaded a premade costume i did while tinkering with the character creation. All the inf costs were there. I would then hit the token button and nothing would happen
would that cause any issues?
Ah, that's the problem. Saving and loading costumes is seriously bugged at the moment.

I have 14 of em on my hero, and i want to use one to change my 2nd costume slot. However, when i pick it nothing happens
Is there a bug or something?
