Playing in Window Mode from boot

This sounds like the same "feature" that affects resolution changing in full screen mode. I've never tried this in Windowed mode, but give it a try.
1. Select new resolution from menu and click Apply.
2. OK the dialog that appears. Game resolution in the menu will revert to current.
3. Select new resolution from menu again BUT do NOT click Apply.
4. Exit to desktop.
5. Reload. CoH should now remember your resolution settings.
I really wish they'd fix this bug, it's annoying. In fact, in this day and age, there's no reason to be dropping out of the game to set the resolution anyway!

Excellent. It's very bizarre, yes. It's actually caused by a bug so hopefully ONE day they'll fix it...
Anyway, welcome to the game and forums! If you have any more problems, just yell.

Hi,
Quick question,
I wanted to play the game in 'windowed mode' at specific resolution (e.g. 1280x720). I can set this in-game but whenever I restart the game in starts in window mode but is maximised so I have to manually re-size it each time. Is there a command where I can get the game to always start in a window of a set size. I am using Windows Vista btw.
