Sounds like it's not closing the game down properly, and thinks you've crashed.
In explorer, browse to where you installed the game and delete the .checksum file you'll find in there, then restart the updater. It should go through the file verification process and then shouldn't do it anymore.

Hello all , im new to CoH , and im enjoying the game but i got a small problem , wich is ...
When i quit the game and return to desktop , and start CoH again , the updater starts fixing files instead of starting up the game normaly , is that the pacthing of the game or my client is bugged ? Because its really annoying .
