EM Pulse workds against us?

Ok Radiation Emission power EM Pulse...

Fire it off and you get "You are held by the EM Pulese and your Regeneration is reduced."

Shouldn't that be the effect on the enemy and not me? It's either describing the effect incorrectly or it's working against me.

lol that doesn't sound right. I've never seen that on my rad controller and I use the EMP a LOT.

This is on my Rad/Rad Crupper

In detailed info it says "Target Type: Self" but is that cuz it's a PBAoE? (It says it's an AoE not PB)
