The base +5% def is intentionally unenhancable.
The +3% def per ally is enhancable.
I really should do something about this signature.

hey guys can anyone confirm if Phalanx fighting on the shield tanker set is currently bugged?
I have the power, and i slotted it with two defence IO's but my overall defence didnt change via stat monitor, after checking the enhancement screen, theres no information on the buffed value, it just says defence and then its blank under value.
Pretty big bug if it is broken :/ Dont you just love i13? :P
