PLEASE HELP ME......
make sure that your firewall is allowing access for CoX.
A common problem, which 2 minutes of looking in the Technical Issues and Bugs section would find the answer for you.
The installer has a bad habit of creating a shortcut for the US version of the game. Check the shortcut properties, and you'll find it's probably pointing to Cityofheroes.exe. Change this to point to Cityofheroes.EU.exe.
If it refuses to do so, that means the file is missing. There's a thread in the Technical section that will tell you how to get the EU client, stickied near the top.

hello to whoever is reading this,
i have recently made a trial account for CoH/CoV, but cannot seem to log on to it. i have changed the password multiple times, and cheked that it says playable on my plaync master account. please could someone help?
