Did have the same issue Tsumiju.. Same mission.
Workaround, Click the portal first, then the artifacts...
That worked for me (after 3-4 mapservers)

Currently have the finale of the "Wheel of destruction" arc with a blaster and clicking the glowies causes a mapserver disconnect, everytime!
I knew the wheel of destruction was powerful but this is a tad overkill...
