Several paterns missing from outfits

1 of my toons currently has 'hacker' patern on skirt/short -> Mini, but now i try to save this outfit, i noticed hacker isnt in the list of paterns anymore.

Same goes for the other skirts, all missing hacker.

Also, dagger (afaik that was the name), the colors are swapped around. normaly first color was background and spikes were second color, it seems the other way around now.
